Awards By Reaching Milestones

We want you to feel as if you are achieving something everytime you volunteer with Walkin’ & Rollin’ Costumes.

Thanking Our Volunteers

Over the years, we have had many people volunteer at our workshops, help in our trade show booths, and decorate our reveal parties. Every time you do volunteer with Walkin’ & Rollin’ Costumes, you get that much closer to earning another award. Below you can see all of the awards you can earn and the description of how you earn each one of them.

The Awards:

Help build 5 costumes and you earn this award.

10 Costumes

If you help with the reveal of a costume, then you can earn this award.

All 4 Modes

There are typically 4 different types of mobility equipment that we build for, a Walker, a Manual Wheelchair, a Tilt-Style Wheelchair, and an Motorized Wheelchair. Build a costume for all 4 modes, and earn this award.

Theme Park Visit

Costumes entering a theme park have strict regulations about their size. If you build a costume to these standards and it enters a theme park, then you earn this award.

Start to Finish

If you or your team builds a costume from start to finish, without the help from a W&RC Workshop, then you can earn this award for you or your team.

Cosplay 4 All

Many of our events and trade shows that we are attending, we have cosplayers assist. They help with reveals, or even escorting our costume recipient around. Each of them has earned this award.

Costume of the Year

At the end of each year, the experienced build team votes on the best costume of the year. The people who worked on that costume, all receive this award.
