Application Process

How to apply for a costume

We would love to be able to fulfill every request that came in from around the world. However, until such time that we have enough volunteers, availability and funding to do so, requests will go through an application process.

Walkin’ & Rollin’ Costumes will review every application and try to build every costume requested; however, please note that we are not always able to complete every request. Submitting a costume request does not guarantee a costume. Costumes take months to build and assemble. The earlier you submit your request, the better.

To be eligible for a costume from Walkin’ & Rollin’ Costumes, the child must be between the ages of 2 and 17 and primarily uses a walker, wheelchair or other mobility device.

By applying, you agree to the terms and conditions.

The costume request form:

⚠️ Please note: You must be signed into a Google account to complete this form, as it will require you to upload photos of your child’s mobility equipment.

To help us create the perfect costume for your child, please complete the form online in full. Once the form has been fully completed and submitted, your request will move into review status to determine if and where the costume might be made.

The cutoff for Halloween 2026 is August 23rd. All applications after that date will be for the 2027 season.

We are now accepting requests for costumes year-round, but please NOTE: these costumes take a minimum of three months to build. So be sure and place your request early.
